The Ocean State Artisans 35th Annual Holiday Market & Food Drive

will be held at Bally's Event Center in Lincoln, RI. and will take place Thanksgiving weekend, November 27th, 28th and 29th.

is now open for pre-registration

People interested in applying as a vendor for the holiday market must first pre-register and go through the jury process. Once accepted into the show you will receive an official application.

All items to be sold must be handcrafted and vendors must commit to the full three days of the show.

Application forms will NOT be posted on this website or on any other form of social media. Please be on guard for individuals on social media claiming to represent Ocean State Artisans and claiming to handle applications for the holiday show. It is a scam.

The only way to receive an application for the Holiday Market is to pre-register via the official holiday show email address and to be accepted into the show.

To pre-register, please open the PDF document, below, and carefully follow the directions outlined.

The address osaholidaymarket@gmail.com is the ONLY official email for the Holiday Market.

2026 Pre-Registration

VENDORS PLEASE NOTE: The Rhode Island Sales Tax Exemption for Artists, Writers, and Composers now expires after 4 years. For exemption certificates issued on or before July 1, 2025, the exemption certificate expired on July 1, 2025. For exemption certificates issued after July 1, 2025, the certificates will expire 4 years from the date of issuance. Exemption certificates will be renewable if the holder still meets the criteria for the exemption.
Please check your current exemption certificate and re-apply as needed.
